and I love the way the article turned out. They had just changed the design of the feature and you can only have two pages in the magazine, that's okay. Not the best picture of me but it will have to do. The pictures are great!!
If you have questions just ask and I'll answer the best I can. Here's the basics:
The shed is 12x28 pre-made. We finished the inside ourselves. I have a 5 foot closet. I have track lighting above the die cut center and recessed lights over my workspace which is designed in a U shape. I have drop lights over my computer area. I have a cut out in the table for trash. The shelving is IKEA and the white boxes and baskets came from there also. The ribbon drawers are from Target and I have four sets. These hold spools of ribbon by color. As the magazine said I have each drawer labeled by color. I also have long lenghts of ribbon hanging on the back of the closet door and short pieces in jars by my workspace. I keep my pattern paper by theme and manufacture. I have 5 12x12 file drawers for pattern paper. These are by Making Memories and Crop in Style. Cardstock is sorted by color and stored in my IKEA bookcases. The white boxes hold supplies and are sorted by theme example Christmas, Heidi Swapp etc.
The die cut center is Martha Stewart. The drawers hold supplies for my die cut machines. The baskets I picked up at Garden Ridge and they just say "stuff" on them and they hold my large foam stamps. The hanging rack over the die cut center came from IKEA also. There is also a small white cabinet at the other end of the table that holds Quickutz Dies and Cricut Cartridges.
The white glass cabinet that holds the 4 layouts my husband and I designed and he built it for me. We have had alot of people wanting one but he said he would never build another one.
Underneath my table I have 6 drawers metal cabinets also from IKEA. They come in white but I painted them in different colors to go with the colors I have in the shed. I used KI Memories Colorful line to do everything in the room. Oh the room is painted in Khaki, Barn White and Wheat.
Oh I forgot it does have heat and air.

I was so happy to see you in the CK magazine. Congrats!! You should feel so honored!

Hi Connie - I saw your shed in CK - LOVE IT! I know you said your husband doesn't want to build anymore cabinets - that's fine - I wasn't going to ask him to do that. But do you think you (and/or him) would be willing to share how he made it and the dimensions? We just bought a new house and I am designing my new room. We are doing some work on the house, so I might be able to get the contracter to build something like this for me if you could give me some hints! Please please e-mail me - thanks! and Congrats!
